Definición. ROTE is the abbreviation of Related Organized Thought Energy. In Monroe’s terminology, is something like a block of thosenes or conscientese idiom. ROTE is transmitted in blocks from one form of consciousness to another in the out-of-body realm. To receive a ROTE is similar to receiving a teaching or powerful lesson in the physical realm.
